Providing excellent service to all our customers is important to us and we aim to make things as easy as possible so, if you have a query or need help with an issue, please see our helpful FAQ's sections below as this is the fastest way for you to access the information you require.

Refund/Exchanges

  • The fastest way to return your product for a refund or exchange is by visiting our store, 151–155 Seymour Place, London, W1H 4PF

Delivery Update

We offer a delivery service direct to store, site or home. Order before 6pm for Next Day Delivery*

  • * Orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next day. Orders placed after 6pm Friday and  before 10am Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following working day
  • Tracking information for home/to site deliveries can be located via the link to the Parcelforce website, the link can be found in your despatch email. Further information on how to do this can be found in the FAQ below.
